Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped. During peak times or sales, order processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We’re delighted to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. International shipping isn’t available yet — but we’re working to make it happen soon.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take extra care to pack your candles safely. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund it right away after verification.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Prinvo isn’t responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
